Welcome to Varanasi Photo Studio. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable advance payment.
- Full payment is required before final delivery of photographs or videos.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled shoot may be eligible for a partial refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
3. Delivery Timeline
Processed images and videos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks from the date of the shoot, depending on the scale of the project.
4. Usage Rights
- Clients receive full personal-use rights to their images.
- We reserve the right to use select images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media), unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure timely presence at the shoot location.
- Any special requirements must be communicated in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection, Varanasi Photo Studio shall not be held responsible for unforeseen events, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. It’s your responsibility to review them regularly.
